Stress
What is stress? Stress is the feeling of being under pressure and in some cases it can help motivate some people. However too much stress can cause psychological problems. Some symptoms of stress are having a lack of appetite, anger, depression and exhaustion and trouble sleeping.

Low Self esteem
What is Low Self Esteem? Low Self Esteem is when your confidence is at an all time low. It is how you look at your self or think how others see you. A good level of Self-esteem is important in life especially when it comes to work and relationships. Symptoms of Self esteem are Depression, fear and anxiety, hypersensitivity and emotional shut down.

Depression
What is depression? Many of us from time to time have feelings of sadness/feeling blue/feeling down. when having these feelings towards an upsetting event it is also normal to have these feelings on a day to day basis. Yet people with depression, find that their feeling of sadness, feeling down does not just go away it can last for weeks. Some symptoms include, feeling tearful, hopelessness, feeling of inadequacy, difficult sleeping and can cause some physical symptoms such headaches and exhaustion.

Anger
What is Anger? Anger is is a completely normal emotion but when it gets out of hand it can turn destructive. it can lead to problems at home and at work. Some Symptoms of anger are, Depression, anxiety, possible self harming, alcohol and drug misuse, frustration, lack of sleep and social isolation, anger can also lead to some mental health problems.
